Magpale said she hoped to see women with ranks of chief superintendent and higher spearheading the Philippine National Police.

Magpale also gave awards to female personnel of PRO-7 for their invaluable service to the community in providing a more efficient, steadfast and responsive public service.

The recipients of Medalya ng Papuri award were Senior Supt. Ma. Antonietta Langauon, Supt. Joan Sia, Chief Insp. Elinor Bautista, Senior Insp. Kristine Lloveras, Insp. Sheryl Bautista, NUPs Melissa Sestoso and Julieta Mallari.
