We were advised that the Department of Public Works and Highways will start a series of road repairs on major Metro Manila arteries starting this weekend. Expect heavy traffic along major roads in Manila, Quezon City and Pasay City. – Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chair Francis Tolentino, who ordered the deployment of additional MMDA personnel on the affected routes
