FEATURED STORIES

However, the child was referred to the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) after she was suspected of being kidnapped. The DSWD-7 then turned over the baby to Norfil.

The Norfil Foundation is requesting the parents or relatives of Angel Hali to see or contact social workers Angelina Dungog, Sheryl Gacita or Griffith Riconalla at 3401170 or 3405722 from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Failure of the parents to appear within three months will compel the DSWD-7 to issue a certification that will subject the child for adoption.
