We are deeply saddened by news reports that an official of the Philippine National Police is involved in a rape case. We are making extra effort to locate Senior Insp. Mujalni Dugasan who is up for retirement this year. –PNP spokesperson Chief Supt. Generoso Cerbo, who also guaranteed the safety of the 15-year-old victim and her family as the alleged rapist remained at large.
