Man found hanging dead at Mandaue home

A 46-YEAR-OLD man was found hanging by the neck in his house in barangay Pagsabungan, Mandaue City, on Wednesday morning.

Police said Luis Ike Fernandez used a nylon rope to hang himself.

Fernandez’s younger sister found his body around 9 a.m. last Wednesday.

She said Fernandez had tried to drink muriatic acid last year but his suicide attempt was aborted by a relative. CORRESPONDENT NORMAN V. MENDOZA
