Lenten retreats set

THE Jesuit Retreat House Cebu has scheduled two Lenten retreats to provide participants two days of spiritual renewal in the light of Christ’s passion, death and resurrection.

Can I be a Christian without Christ? Does my faith in God have any bearing on my personality? What does it take to be a faithful Christian today? The darkness of the faith of Mary, what lessons can we learn from them? These are some of the points that Fr. Arsenio Nunez, SJ, will give during the Lenten retreat, dubbed as “Deepening Our Faith,” that will start at 5 p.m. on Friday until 3 p.m. of Sunday.

The retreat will help employees in the government and private sector and religious institutions understand the meaning of their work in the eyes of God.

Another Lenten retreat falls on Holy Week. It will start at 5 p.m. on Holy Wednesday and end on Easter Sunday.
