MANILA, Philippines—Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Monday issued a lookout bulletin against the three Chinese drug lords snatched by heavily armed men from police escorts despite reports that the three may have already fled to Taiwan.

In a memorandum order dated Feb. 25, De Lima directed Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. to “instruct all immigration officers to be on the lookout/alert for Li Lan Yan alias Jackson Dy, his wife Wang Li Na and Li Tian Hua should any of them pass through immigration counters in any of our international airports and/or seaports and to detain and turn them over to the proper authorities should they do so.”

De Lima also ordered David to coordinate with the Philippine National Police and other agencies to get additional information about the Chinese nationals.

The Chinese drug lords escaped last Feb. 21 and reportedly rode a boat towards Taiwan.
