The alleged gunmen in the killing of a Pasay City judge’s driver, who was shot when he refused to turn over his employer’s sports utility vehicle to the carjackers, are now in the custody of the police.

Chief Insp. Rodelio Marcelo of the Quezon City Police District Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit named the suspects as Garry Ceriaco, 37, and Carlo Montalbo, 47.

They were identified by several persons who saw them shoot Marlon Quicho, 38, in front of the house of his employer, Pasay City Judge Racquelen Vasquez, the owner of a black 2010 Mitsubishi Montero Sport (NGP-591) the victim was driving.
