We will not allow posters of candidates on DPWH projects. Our billboards should be used only for providing details about our projects and not for carrying pictures of candidates. Based on the Comelec order, we have instructed our field personnel to remove any campaign material outside the Comelec-designated poster areas along national highways —Secretary Rogelio Singson of the Department of Public Works and Highways, on the dzIQ morning program Banner Story.
