More afternoon classes suspended

MANILA, Philippines—Classes were suspended in several areas in Metro Manila due to inclement weather, respective local officials and schools announced.

Manila: Classes in city-owned schools on all levels including Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and the Unibersidad de Manila (formerly City College of Manila).

Classes in other schools will be at the discretion of school administrators.

Quezon City: Pre-school to High School both public and private have been suspended.

Paranaque: All levels both public and private are suspended.

Pasay City: Pre-School to High School both private and public.

Taytay Rizal, Pre-school to Elementary both public and private.
