MANILA, Philippines—Fire broke out at a residential area in Malate, Manila Thursday afternoon, an officer from the Manila Fire Department said.
The blaze that affected a residential area, including a two story building, along Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila had been put out at 1:29 p.m. after it reached third alarm, said Marson Perez.
Perez stated that the fire started from a still undetermined source at 12:51 p.m. He said that no one was reported injured and that investigators were still at the area.
