1 hurt in 6-vehicle collision on Nagtahan Bridge, Manila

MANILA, Philippines – One person was injured following a six-vehicle collision on Nagtahan Bridge in Manila past noon Thursday, police said.

The Manila Police District Traffic said the accident occurred on the southbound lane of the bridge around 12:30 p.m.

The name of the injured was not available as of posting.

Police said the vehicles that figured in the crash were a Toyota sedan (license plate TPZ 451), a Volkswagen Beetle (AAK 785), a Toyota Vios (PUQ 836), a Toyota Vios taxi (UVZ 423), another Toyota Vios cab (TYV 612) and a 10-wheeler truck (PYK 654).

The accident has snarled traffic in the area.
