Lodivina Ebaoc, a native of Quezon, Bukidnon, died on the spot due to head injuries.

Gisabal told police that the woman had once threatened to commit suicide because of their constant bickering.
The driver said his partner had been accusing him of having an affair with another woman.
Police said the incident happened around 3 a.m. yesterday in sitio Judas Belt where a subdivision is being developed. The couple lived in a bunk house within the construction site.
Also on board the truck was helper Alfredo Bontis. The truck with plate number KDN-573 is owned by Pueblo De Oro Construction.
Gisabal said they were heading for barangay Talamban to haul filling materials when the rear wheel of the truck bounced.
Gisabal said he alighted from the truck and found the woman underneath the truck.
Gisabal was detained after the incident.
Senior Insp. Zenaido Pastorfide Jr., chief of the homicide section of the Lapu-lapu City Police Office, said charges could be filed against the driver if someone can prove that what happened was not an accident.

Senior Insp. Jacinto Mandal Sr., chief of the traffic division of the Lapu-Lapu City police, said Gisabal will be released if no charges are filed after the 18-hour reglamentary.
