We would like the public to inform us or take pictures of jeepneys, buses and other public utility vehicles carrying campaign materials of any political candidate. This is illegal. We will revoke the franchises of those PUVs for violation of election laws.—Jocelyn Reyes, officer in charge of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s public information office, stressing that PUVs are not among the common poster areas approved by the Commission on Elections
