MANILA, Philippines – A new born baby, with underwear stuffed inside his mouth, was found in a dump in Quezon City early Friday, police said.

Police Officer 1 Jayson Tolentino said the baby boy, whose body was placed inside a carton box mixed with trash, was found by garbage collector Rolly Abon at a basketball court in Barangay (village) Matandang Balara in Quezon City around 6: 30 a.m.
