New Millenium gains share of CECABA lead

NEW MILLENNIUM Hardware ’95 grabbed a share of the lead in the standings after they got past First ACY Shipping 2006, 65-34, in the Cebu Eastern College Alumni Basketball Association’s 12th Dr. Chen Lieh Fu Memorial Cup last Sunday at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

The win allowed New Millennium to tie the idle First Family Appliance at the top of the standings with identical 4-0 (win-loss) records.

In the other game, Paul Timothy So produced a triple-double with 12 points, 16 rebounds and 12 assists as 3R Audio ’98 whipped Wild Rice 2007, 74-55, to improve its win-loss record to 3-2.

Donald Anthony Ting had 15 points on top of five assists and four steals, while Raymond Gollon chipped in 11 points on top of nine rebounds and two assists for Class ’95./Correspondent Jonas Panerio
