MANILA, Philippines – A bill seeking to establish the new province of Nueva Camarines was passed on second reading in the Senate Tuesday.

The passage of the bill had been delayed previously after Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and Senator Antonio Trillanes IV engaged in a verbal tussle in session over the alleged railroading of the bill last year.
