Parklane Tri Team bets put up impressive performances in Cebu Loves Tri Team Series

Parklane Tri Team boosted its campaign in the Cebu Loves Tri Team Championship Series after three of its members made it to the overall top 3 in the male and female divisions in the event’s second leg in Dalaguete over the weekend.

Ralph Arche clinched the overall male title after breasting the tape in two hours, 20 minutes and 16 seconds  while his teammate Kristiane Lim took third place after clocking 2:21:38.

One of their female teammates, Loveleinell Casidsid, also placed third in the female division with a time of 3:15:34.

Since the total team points were not calculated as of press time, it remains uncertain if Parklane Tri Team was able to overtake 1st leg leader FISH18 in the standings.

Taking second place overall in the male side was Earl Jason Bilangoal of Shangri-La while top 1 and 2 females were Cianyl Jamae Gonzalez and Elona Louise Villacin, respectively.

Villacin is a member of the WS Tri Team, the squad which just joined the competition this second leg. Gonzalez clocked 3:01:58 while Villacin had a time of 3:07:26.

Other members of the Parklane Tri Team who entered the top 3 in their respective categories were Hannah Lou Galo, who ruled the Female 20-29; Jebb Cane, who placed second in the Male 19 & Below; and Alan Leith Ting, who finished second in the male 30-39 category.

Winning the sprint distance were Emeralde Hermosilia and Gavin Solijon.

In the Tri Kids competition held last Saturday, Dhexia Myle Bersabal and Marco Anton Queblatin took the 6-under titles  while the 7-8 class was ruled by Syrah Ruth Uy and Xeemon Sage Cuyos. Nyka Jenin Archival and Bernard Miguel Sy topped the 9-10 class; Aaliyah Ricci Mataragnon and Ralph Eduard dominated the 11-12 division while Shaia Ruth Uy and Wayne Pagulon won in  the 13-15 bracket.
