Binigay, who met the CIDG-7 personnel yesterday ordered them to focus on the concerns of  Regional Director Marcelo Garbo especially in the campaign against illegal drugs and illegal gambling.

Garbo strictly implemented Oplan Roulette, the campaign against illegal gambling and illegal drugs  in the region.

Several police officials have been relieved due to their laxity in the campaign against illegal gambling.

Before he met the CIDG-7 personnel, Binigay made a courtesy call to Garbo at Camp Sergio Osmena at Osmena Boulevard.

On the Danao illegal gun-making problem, Garbo said that they were studying how to legalize the industry./Correspondent Chito O. ARagon
