TWELVE members of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) will vie for the nine seats available to complete its 21-man Board of Trustees and Officers.
The annual election of officers and trustees will be held during the chamber’s first general membership meeting for 2013 on Feb. 22 at the Cebu Parklane International Hotel.
Engr. Ramir V. Bonghanoy of BonAce Fashion Inc., Joelix Ng of HMC Industries Inc., and Apolinar Suarez Jr. of Suarez Sterling Corp. are the candidates who will vie for the two seats available for the Industry sector.
For the trade sector, the candidates for the three seats available for the trade sector are Aljim Jamandre of Vicsal Development Corp., Regan Rex T. King of Jolli Traders International Inc., Bonifacio Sia of Cebu Bionic Builder Supply Inc. and Felix Taguiam of Deco Sales Inc.
Antonio Castro of Platinum Holdings Inc., Herminia Go of AON Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Philippines Inc. and Mario Panganiban of VISMIN Advent Traders Inc. will contest for the three available seats for the service sector.
Only one seat is available for the sectoral/association sector to be contested by Venus Genson of Confederation of Philippine Exporters (Philexport Cebu) and Mary Anne A. Solomon of Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines.
