Did you know: Lung Center of the Philippines

The Lung Center of the Philippines, located at Quezon Avenue in Quezon City, was inaugurated on Jan. 23, 1982. Established through Presidential Decree No. 1823 on Jan. 16, 1981, it was created to help combat the high incidence of lung and pulmonary diseases in the country.—Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
