Chief Inspector Luisito Tan, chief of the police’s Station 4, said the victim, Park Juh Yun, 37, arrived in the country three months ago. Tan said that on July 26, Yun went to the apartment of his friend, Park Yong Ho, 41, to ask for help as he could no longer afford to stay in a hotel because of successive losses in casinos.
