MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine National Police received Friday 200 two-stroke motorcycles that will be used to boost the mobility and visibility of police units, especially in secluded areas.

The P9-million worth of motorcycles donated by Norkis Philippines were installed with the Hydroplus System, an advanced hydrogen fuel blending technology for motorized vehicles that improves fuel efficiency and reduces emission levels.
