Quezon shooting to be re-enacted

MANILA, Philippines–Justice Secretary Leila De Lima and members of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) will go to Atimonan, Quezon to re-enact the incident where 13 people were killed last Jan. 6 including three soldiers, 3 police officers and an environmentalist.

Aside from the re-enactment, the Philippine National Police (PNP) Crime Laboratory will turn over to the NBI tech team all the physical evidence recovered from the scene of the shooting.

The NBI, an attached agency of the Department of Justice, has been tasked by President Benigno Aquino III to determine what really happened in Atimonan, Quezon and determine if there are people that should be held liable.
