MANILA, Philippines—Two of the incorporators of Aman Futures Group, the company involved in a P12 billion pyramiding scheme, surrendered to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima on Friday.

In a text message, De Lima said couple Fernando and Nimfa Luna surrendered to her. She has turned over the two to the National Bureau of Investigation.

“Fernando Luna and wife Nimfa Luna just voluntarily surrendered to me. I turned them over to NBI,” De Lima said in a text message.

The two, together with Aman founder Manuel Amalilio, are facing syndicated estafa cases before the Pagadian City Regional Trial Court, which this morning issued a warrant for their arrest.
