TEAM Bravo routed Alpha Team, 98-66, while team Golf drubbed Foxtrut, 103-88, Friday night in the resumption of the Center Katipunan A. Lopez Christian Organization (CEKALCO)-2013 Second Season basketball tournament at the A. Lopez open court in barangay Labangon, Cebu City.
Golf led from start to finish and posted its biggest lead of 76-56 at the end of the third quarter.
Kit Arellano led Golf with 30 points with solid contributions from Gino Almencion and Ritchie Garciawho combined for 40 points. Moises Craso paced Foxtrut with a night-high 40 points.
The win improved Golf team’as win-loss record to 3-1 card, while Foxtrut went down to 2-3.
Earlier, Team Bravo preserved Alpha team’s winless campaign with the 32-point rout.
Michael Castro led Bravo’s scoring chart with 20 points while bull-strong center Dondon Tenchavez and George Gacho added 14 points apiece. Danny Desoyo and Kenneth Beltran paced Alpha with 21 and 16 points, respectively.
The win elevated Bravo’s standing to 2-3.
