MANILA, Philippines — The Caloocan City Police will conduct a house to house visit of gun owners in the area where seven-year-old Stephanie Nicole Ella was killed by a stray bullet.
Deputy Chief for Operations Superintendent Jack Candelario, in an interview over Radyo Inquirer 990AM, said they have a list within a 50-meter radius from where Ella was killed on New Year’s Eve.
“May listahan na kami ng mga nagmamay-ari ng baril within 50 meter radius. Kahit nasa likod o harap ng bahay nila Nicole. May mga address na po kami,” Candelario said.
The police are on the hunt for the person who indiscriminately fired from a .45 caliber on New Year’s that took Ella’s life.
On January 2, the Caloocan City Police, together with the Northern Police District, conducted “Oplan Galugad” to gather information about gun owners near Malaria, Caloocan City, scene of the killing
