FIRE HITS LABOR OFFICE

THE National Labor Relations Commission in Central Visayas (NLRC-7) said the fire that hit its office Thursday night only caused minimal damage.

No important documents were burned, said Fe Cabigon, NLRC -7 administrative officer.

A fire broke out about 8 p.m. after a ceiling fan caught fire and fell on a bundle of papers that were taken from a room now occupied by labor arbiters.
