Changing of the guard at PNP in Cebu

CEBU CITY—The chief of police of the city will be replaced after he was ordered moved to a higher position at the main Philippine National Police headquarters in Camp Crame.

Senior Supt. Melvin Ramon Buenafe will be replaced by Senior Supt. Mariano Natu-el in an acting capacity. Chito O. Aragon, Inquirer Visayas
