Most road accidents in Metro Manila from January to June 2012 occurred in the daytime. According to the latest data from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, 63 percent or around 25,500 accidents happened between 6 a.m. and 5:55 p.m. while 36 percent or 14,600 accidents during that period happened from 6 p.m. to 5:55 a.m. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
