‘Quinta’ makes landfall in Leyte

MANILA, Philippines—Tropical Storm “Quinta” has made landfall over Abuyog, Leyte around 12 midnight, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
