BATANGAS CITY—The Batangas police and antinarcotics agents in the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) region arrested a 65-year-old widow for possession and selling of “shabu” worth P380,000 in San Pascual, Batangas, on Thursday.
