Former Armed Forces Chief Roy Cimatu on Thursday accused whistleblower George Rabusa of falsifying the documents he presented as evidence in the plunder case he filed against Cimatu and several retired military officials.

Represented by his lawyer Rowena Revilla, Cimatu asked the Department of Justice panel handling the plunder suit to direct Rabusa to produce the original copies of the allotment orders, receipts and other documents that he attached as documentary evidence in his 108-page complaint-affidavit.

Rabusa alleged that Cimatu and 21 others had conspired with one another in pilfering and converting P1 billion in military funds as pasalubong (welcome gift) and pabaon (send-off gift) to incoming and retiring military chiefs.
