How do you reward blood donors?

For the local government of Marikina, the answer is simple: Give them free entry to the city’s sports park.

Under the recently passed Ordinance No. 62 people who voluntarily gave blood to the city’s blood bank at least nine times within the year can now enter the Marikina Sports Park free.

Those deemed qualified will be given identification cards by the city health office upon application. Kristine Felisse Mangunay
