Police monitor rob gang leader
POLICE are on alert following the escape of a robbery gang leader from the New Bilibd Prison last Saturday.
Ricky Cadavero alias Caban could form a new group and strike again, said Chief Insp. Romeo Santander, chief of the City Intelligence Branch of Cebu City police.
Santander said intelligence gathering was intensified since there is a possibility that Caban is hiding in Cebu City.

Santander said Cadavero was the suspect in the killing of his alleged former cohort few years ago in Lapu-Lapu City.
