THE Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) joined the nation in celebrating the canonization of Cebuano saint, San Pedro Calungsod.

During the National Thanksgiving Mass at the South Road Properties on Nov. 30, MCWD employee volunteers manned seven water stations in strategic areas to give free potable water to devotees.

Over one million devotees gathered at the SRP as early as 11 a.m. until the mass ended at past 7 p.m.
