Cop dies in alleged NPA attack on Palawan police station

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Philippines—A policeman died Wednesday morning when alleged members of the New People’s Army attacked the police station in Roxas town, north of this city.

According to a civilian source based in Roxas town, the incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m.

The Western Command has confirmed the incident but no details were available yet as of this writing.
