Still no warrant for Manuel Amalilio, head of the Aman Futures Group, who allegedly duped over 15,000 investors of more than P12 billion in Mindanao, according to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

This is the reason Amalilio, who is believed to be hiding in Malaysia, has yet to be listed in the Interpol watch list, said Virgilio Mendez, NBI deputy director for regional services.

“The warrant of arrest is a requirement for a red notice … for him (Amalilio) to be placed on the Interpol list of fugitives,’’ said Mendez, who is scheduled to appear in the House of Representatives hearing Wednesday.
