Cruz is PBA Player of the Week

Quietly, power forward Jervy Cruz is making this conference one to remember as he claimed his second Player of the Week award after he led Rain or Shine to an impressive finish in the elimination round in the ongoing PBA Philippine Cup.

Cruz also shone during the period of Oct. 15-21. But arguably, he played his best game so far in their 116-101 win over Barako Bull, wherein he scored 23 points and added 18 rebounds, both personal bests for the former University of Santo Tomas stalwart./Correspondent Jonas Panerio
