MANILA, Philippines – In the aftermath of typhoon “Pablo” (international name Bopha), the strongest storm to hit the country this year, various government agencies and non-government organizations (NGOs) scrambled to bring aid to the more than 200,000 people affected by the cyclone in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
