P810T stolen from store
Close to P1 million cash was stolen from a store in barangay Poblacion, Liloan town, northern Cebu.
Police said at least three persons were involved in the burglary of the store owned by Allan Jugalbot, and John Ramon.
Police said P810,000 cash was stolen in last Monday’s burglary.
A habal-habal driver told police that while he was transporting a passenger, he saw a man standing in front of the store and two others sitting at the left side of the establishment.
The driver said that when he passed by the store again around 2 a .m., he saw two men coming out from the store and rode a motorcycle.
The owners of the store told police that the store’s security cameras were switched off during the burglary.

Article continues after this advertisementInsp. Socrates Medillo of Liloan police said a bolt cutter and a crow bar were recovered from the store.
Police said the thieves used the bolt cutter in destroying a vault where the money was kept.
Medillo said store workers will be investigated.
