25,000 people took shelter CDO evacuation centers

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines—Moderate rain and wind continue to hit this city, some five hours after Typhoon “Pablo” made landfall in Baganga, Davao Oriental at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday.

The city information office said as of 10 a.m. Tuesday, there are 51 evacuation centers filled with some 25,000 people.
