MS Motosuit holds last motocross race in Lapu

THE MS MOTOSUIT Motocross Series will drop its final curtain tomorrow with the staging of the 2nd Brgy. Capt. Isabelito Darnayla Motocross in barangay Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.

“With a heavy heart, I am announcing that this race will be our final and farewell leg of the MS Motosuit Motocross Series,” said organizer Lou Ornopia in last Thursday’s SCOOP Forum at Baseline Restaurant.

Ornopia decided to quit organizing motocross races and will shift to underbone circuit racing.

MS Motosuit will tie up with FDR Tires and MS Motosuit for the FDR-MS Motosuit Grand Prix Series, which will feature at least five legs held in different places in Cebu.

The MS Motosuit Motocross Series started in 2006. Its annual tournament was composed of several legs held in various places in Visayas and Mindanao.
