Manila, Philippines—Classes in all levels at the National Capital Region, both private and public, resume today (Thursday), Department of Education Asec. Tonisito Umali said in an interview on “In Desk Corner” 990 AM Radyo Inquirer at around 4:50 a.m. Thursday.
