Banawa tower project

A TWO-tower residential property project in Banawa is scheduled to start construction on the second quarter next year.

Called Sundance Residences, the property is located near Sundance Court in Banawa, Cebu City and will offer 208 units for the first of two towers.

The property sits on a 3,200 square meters land with an initial investment of P450 million for the first phase which includes the first tower and the amenities, said Engineer Kent Ong, Worldwide Central Properties president.

“The target completion of the first tower is by 2015 and we’ll start construction of the second tower right after,” said Ong during yesterday’s launching of the Worldwide Central Properties, the real estate arm of the Worldwide Steep Group and Worldwide Home Depot.

Ong said the Sundance project would be the firm’s first project.

The Banawa project would target the fast expanding middle market in Cebu, said Sharon Ong, Worldwide Central Properties vice president for marketing and sales./Reporter Aileen Garcia-Yap
