Heybro Shooting Cup gets underway

Marksmen converged yesterday for the 3rd annual Heybro Shooting Cup at the Tawason NS firing range in Mandaue City.

Organized by the Honorable Order of the Hawk-Eye Brothers, an organization composed of law enforcers, military personnel and businessmen, this shooting competition aims to promote social awareness among the shooting community in Cebu. It is also a fund-raising project for the said organization.

This level one tournament features standard, classic, production, revolver and lawman classifications.  It is divided into the handgun and rifle classes.

Shooters from Cebu, Manila and Butuan are competing in this event, which is expected to wrap up today.

There will be no cash prizes for winners. Instead, trophies will be given to them.
