Free holistic health seminar set for today

Today at 2-5 p.m., a holistic health seminar will be held in M Citi Suites’ The Gallery function room.

This health advocacy orientation will lead participants to discover tools for a lifetime of balance.

Certified health coach and raw food chef Angelica Cabahug will share her experience in holistic health.

Cabahug, a cancer survivor, decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of working and supporting people with weight loss problems, chronic illness and cancer.

She underwent a health coach training at the Integrative Nutrition in New York City and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

She also obtained continuing education units from Purchase College, State University of New York.

The seminar will cover topics like improving eating habits, understanding your body better, making your self-care a priority, feel confident in choosing and preparing better food for you and your loved ones, experience an increase in overall happiness in your life, among others.

The seminar is free.
