CITE to hold graduation, laud partners
The Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE) will award diplomas to 81 graduates who finished three-year industrial technician program tomorrow afternoon.
The graduates took up Mechanical Technology and Electromechanics Technology courses under the dual training program which involves two venues of learning: school and the company.
Parents of the graduates will also receive certificates for completing the education for development seminar series for three years.
CITE board of trustees headed by Jose Soberano III will hand the diplomas to the graduates.
On the same occasion, 67 industry partners of CITE in the dual training system (DTS) will be awarded with plaques of recognition.
The DTS has helped the graduates gain technical competence through their in-plant exposure for 15 months.

The event also marks CITE’s culmination of Tesda’s DTS Week celebration.
