MANILA, Philippines—A fifth plunder charge was filed against former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo with the Office of the Ombudsman on Tuesday for the alleged misuse of funds of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office during her term.
The complaint was filed by Danilo Lim, Risa Hontiveros and Jaime Regalario of the group Kilusang Makabansang Ekonomiya.
Also charged were former members of the PCSO board and former Audit chair Reynaldo Villar.
