MANILA, Philippines — The Makabayan Coalition on Thursday added five guest candidates to its senatorial slate for the 2013 midterm elections.
Aside from its original senatorial candidate, Bayan Muna Partylist Representative Teddy Casino, the Makabayan bloc will also be fielding Senators Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel and Loren Legarda, former Las Pinas lawmaker Cynthia Villar and MTRCB chairperson Grace Poe-Llamanzares.
